Eve Howse, partner

  • Prior to co-founding Plan B in 1992, Eve Howse's expertise in travel and entertainment marketing was gained in successive senior marketing and advertising positions at Air Canada, including Director of Global Advertising. At Plan B, Eve has defined and supervised successful implementations of international loyalty reward programs and turnkey partnered marketing initiatives for a range of blue chip travel marketers – Hilton International, Lufthansa German Airlines, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and MasterCard, to name a few. A hands-on and determined manager, Eve is instrumental in the design, negotiation and management of these turnkey programs, but never loses sight of her key focus: to create business-building solutions that are results-oriented as well as cost-effective. Eve has become particularly adept at leveraging individual client resources and customer bases and forging nontraditional alliances and creating motivating value propositions. Eve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carlton University, Ottawa, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from McGill University, Montreal.

Jean Duval, partner

  • Jean Duval heads up Plan B Digital and Studio, bringing a wealth of international creative experience gained across a range of industry sectors before and during his tenure at Plan B. Over the course of his career, client accounts have included Air Canada – whose campaigns won Gold and Silver Awards at Cannes - Club Med, Bell Canada, Lufthansa German Airlines, Air New Zealand, Courvoisier, Hilton International and Sony Entertainment among others. Jean's focus is on delivering results through out-of-the-box thinking and innovative concepts tailored specifically to meet client objectives. At Plan B, Jean has managed a diverse creative group of art directors and writers, print and digital designers, as well as Plan B’s Internet and software development team.
